Discovery Health Channel getting Oprahfied

Oprah Winfrey getting her own TV network[*1] :

Discovery Communications and Winfrey announced a deal Tuesday where the Discovery Health network will be turned over to Winfrey next year, becoming OWN — the Oprah Winfrey Network.

What happened to Oh!  Or was it Oxygen? 

Ah!  NBC-Universal bought it[*2] last October from The Oprah for a cool $925 million.
